Daylight saving time is also known as summer time or daylight savings time. In daylight saving time, the clocks are adjusted forward, normally by an hour such that the number of evening hours is increased while the number of morning hours is reduced. During spring, the clock is adjusted one hour ahead and during autumn, they are adjusted one hour back. Lastly, daylight saving time brings effect similar to those caused by jetlag. Once the clocks are forwarded by an hour, your body clock will not be synchronous with the clocks and this results to fatigue, insomnia, and headache.
Finally, these reasons are enough to abolish daylight saving time.
